Sending Your Postal Kit Back to Us

Once you've finished your piece, here's how to send it back to us for firing:

1. Let it dry – Leave your piece to dry for at least 24 hours before packing it up.
2. Wrap it up – Wrap your glass piece back in the bubble wrap it arrived in.
3. Box it up – Place the wrapped piece back into the original box. Any leftover bits and pieces can be left in the box too – we'll sort through these and reuse where possible, which helps keep the cost of our postal kits down.
4. Address it clearly – Please write the return address clearly in CAPITAL LETTERS:

1. Postage – You'll need to cover the cost of posting your piece back to us. Once it's fired, we cover the cost of posting your finished piece back to you.
2. Turnaround – Your completed piece will be fired and returned to you within 10 days.
